Minutes

1. This is a special meeting that all executive committee members accepted inviting a few people outside the core committee to solve the quorum bottleneck in the conduct and efficient operation of the association.
2. Rajipal and Sunil, expressed disagreement.

4. Sunil Sanyal raised a question about the football proposal, who took the decision regarding football.
5. Srejith informed that it is an executive committee decision.
6. Sunil: Did we take up the football plan to overtake Malappuram Navodaya association?
7. Sreejith said no.
8. Where was football posted first? UNMA or JNV CAN
9. It was first proposed in the core committee of the previous year.
10. It was first posted in the executive committee then core committee. Manu replied.
11. Sreejith proposed a strict adherence to bylaw.
12. Core committee members need sufficient time to get feedback from the batch for core committee decisions.

14. The association is not responsible for responding to comments made by any JNVCAN Alumni in any other forum like UNMA. Shijith opined.
15. How JNVCAN should get associated with other associations need to be clarified in bylaw. Proposed by Mahesh.

22. Concern and confusions raised by Sunil Sanyal of second batch has been clarified in the meeting. Discussion had been responsibly addressed by the president and agreed by the meeting team of 26 members. Sunil Sanyal has agreed completely to the clarification. After agreeing to the meeting decisions he left the meeting and posted  in contrast to what he  agreed in the meeting in the JNVCAN general Whatsapp group.. This kind of behaviour can not help to take the association forward. This is a unanimous statement from the meeting.
